NIATA offers comprehensive fishing vessel registration and licensing services for vessels operating in its territorial waters and exclusive economic zone. The licensing process is managed by the Empresa Hondureña de Servicios Portuarios (EHSFB) and ensures compliance with national and international fishing regulations.
All fishing vessels operating in Nicaraguan waters must obtain proper licensing and registration to ensure sustainable fishing practices and compliance with environmental protection standards.
Submit a complete application form along with all required documents to the EHSFB.
The vessel will undergo inspection to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Upon successful inspection and verification of documents, the fishing license will be issued.
